About us

I’ve always been a reader, and books have been a very important part of my life since I was little. Books even guided me to my first job, which was at our local library; afterwards I studied to teach French in high school. I am now an educational consultant.

In May 2015, I became a mother for the first time: I then discovered all the quality books for babies and toddlers that children’s literature had to offer. It was a whole new world for me! For every book read with my son, I would like it more and more, searching for GOOD books for him. After a while, I thought maybe I could share our favorites with other people. That’s how The Little Bookworms were born (even though it took a while to see the light of day – think baby number 2 that arrived meanwhile!).

My professional experience as a teacher has guided me to find good books: I’m always on the lookout for good vocabulary, a rich story and characters, good structure and for something original. These are only a few of the guidelines that I use to suggest good books for your little ones.

I really hope I can help you find books that you and your little one(s) can enjoy reading together, so reading becomes an important part of their lives at a young age and help them succeed later on!
