I just LOVE how the cut-out hearts of the book illustrate this perfectly. Actually, it really helped my son, then 2 years old, to understand all he could feel in just one day, or even in an hour!
The text makes it easy to understand each feeling, since it describes how each feeling makes us feel inside, and every double-page has great, vivid illustrations to help us figure it out with our little one. Toddlers will acquire new vocabulary to articulate and identify their emotions.
